Rare Antique 1800s 2 Drawer Wood Thread Box Desk Organizer Cabinet Milk glass. Old wooden two drawer cabinet. Drawers have milk glass drawer pulls. Cabinet might have been used for thread storage, desktop storage or other mercantile type storage. Cabinet shows some signs of wear including but not limited to ships scratches dents cracks in wood discolorations and dirt rust would separation and other imperfections. Drawer fronts have a beautiful paint patina with green around the ovals in center. Always have a natural crackling paint patina. Drawer pulls may have some Divets and other natural Imperfections. Top of the cabinet has a crack extending from the right side to approximately 8 1/2 inches into the top. Tom also has some scratching scuffs and staining.

Right side cabinet has two cracks. Bottom and sides of cabinet have cracks and separations in the wood this may be intentional I may have been done during the build of the cabinet by using separate pieces of wood instead of one solid piece per side. Cabinet is constructed with old fashion squarehead nails that can be seen in side of cabinet.

Approximate cabinet dimensions are 19.25 inches of crossed by 15.25 inches deep bye 6.5 inches high. Each drawer is approximately 2.5 inches tall high 16.75 inches wide.
