Colt Python Box, OEM Fit, Presentation Case, Display Case

These cases are handmade by myself. They are a combination of pine and cedar, the stripes are solid wood glued together and bonded. The entire box is made of wood. These are custom made to fit certain firearms. The hinges are solid brass hidden in the back flush.

The top is 13 stripes and 50 stars. These boxes have two splines on each corner. This box is coated with an oil based polyurethane coating. The case you receive might vary from the picture slightly, colors and wood grain might be slightly different. The box listed is for a Colt Python 6 revolver (might fit other Colt revolvers).

The interior is Custom patterned faux leather on top of wood custom cut for the firearm. The bottom is custom foam cut out underneath to support the firearm safety.

I have used Pine, Cedar and Exotic wood for the star field. These boxes a rustic to imitate a western. Most boxes you'll find are 5 to 6 times more expensive. These are made with hand tools, every box I make is a passion and work of art, all of my cases are different. This is a one of a kind item.
